The usb gadget driver net2280 has exported a header file with the
register definition of the net2280 chip.

Remove the custom/duplicated header file in favor of that header file
in include/linux

Extend mac80211 set_coverage_class API in order to enable ACK timeout
estimation algorithm (dynack) passing coverage class equals to -1
to lower drivers. Synchronize set_coverage_class routine signature with
mac80211 function pointer for p54, ath9k, ath9k_htc and ath5k drivers.

<title>PCI: Remove DEFINE_PCI_DEVICE_TABLE macro use</title>

We should prefer `struct pci_device_id` over `DEFINE_PCI_DEVICE_TABLE` to
meet kernel coding style guidelines. This issue was reported by checkpatch.

A simplified version of the semantic patch that makes this change is as
follows (http://coccinelle.lip6.fr/):

// &lt;smpl&gt;

@@
identifier i;
declarer name DEFINE_PCI_DEVICE_TABLE;
initializer z;
@@

- DEFINE_PCI_DEVICE_TABLE(i)
+ const struct pci_device_id i[]
= z;

<title>p54: use request_firmware_direct() for optional EEPROM override</title>

The p54 driver uses request_firmware() twice, once for actual
firmware and then another time for an optional user overide on
EEPROM, 3826.eeprom. The custom EEPROM is optional but if not
present we'll introduce an extra lag of 60 seconds with udev
present. Annotate we don't want udev nonsense here to avoid
the lag in case its not present.

This was found with the following SmPL patch.

expression config_file;
expression dev;

This will allow the low level driver to make decision based
on the vif such as queues etc...
Since the vif might be NULL, we can't add it to the tracing
functions.

If p54u_load_firmware() fails, p54u_probe() does not deallocate
already allocated resources. The patch adds proper failure handling.

The call to clamp_t() first truncates the variable signed 8 bit and as a
result, the actual clamp is a no-op.
