The phy_ops variables are never modified after initialized in these

If IS_ERR(state-&gt;regs) the .probe fails.
So IS_ERR(state-&gt;regs) test in exynos_dp_video_phy_pwr_isol() is not necessary.
exynos_dp_video_phy_pwr_isol() simply does a regmap_update_bits() call now,
just call regmap_update_bits() instead and return proper return value.

This patch removes the superflous .owner field for drivers which
use the module_platform_driver or platform_driver_register api,
as this is overriden in __platform_driver_register.

<title>phy: exynos-dp-video: Use syscon support to control pmu register</title>

Currently the DP_PHY_ENABLE register is mapped in the driver,
and accessed to control power to the PHY.
With mfd-syscon and regmap interface available at our disposal,
it's wise to use that instead of using a 'reg' property for the
controller and allocating a memory resource for that.

To facilitate this, we have added another compatible string
for Exynso5420 SoC to acquire driver data which contains
different DP-PHY-CONTROL register offset.

In case of multi-phy PHY providers, each PHY should be modeled as a sub
node of the PHY provider. Then each PHY will have a different node pointer
(node pointer of sub node) than that of PHY provider. Added this provision
in the PHY core.
Also fixed all drivers to use the updated API.

Registering phy_provider before creating the PHY can result in PHY
callbacks being invoked which will lead to aborts. In order to avoid this
invoke phy_provider_register after phy_create and phy_set_drvdata.
