When describing pin mux func through pinmux propertity,
a standard API is added for support. The pinmux contains pin
identification and mux values, which can include multiple
pins. And groups configuration use other word. DTS such as:

	group_alias: group-name{
		pinmux= <pin_id << 8 | mux_value)>,
			<pin_id << 8 | mux_value)>;
		bias-pull-up;

Commit 3ba11e684d16 ("pinctrl: pinconf-generic: print hex value")
unconditionally switched to printing hex values in
pinconf_generic_dump_one(). However, if a dump format is registered for the
dumped pin, the hex value is printed as well. This hex value does not
necessarily correspond 1:1 with the hardware register value (as noted by
commit 3ba11e684d16 ("pinctrl: pinconf-generic: print hex value")). As a
result, user-facing output may include information like:
output drive strength (0x100 uA).

To address this, check if a dump format is registered for the dumped
property, and print the unsigned value instead when applicable.

Add "input-schmitt-microvolt" property to generic options used for DT
parsing files. This enables drivers, which use generic pin configurations,
to get the value passed to this property.

The kernel.h is a mess of unrelated things and we only used it
as a proxy to array_size.h, hence switch from former to the latter.

While at it, group and sort the headers where it makes sense.

of_node_put() needs to be called when jumping out of the loop, since
for_each_available_child_of_node() will increase the refcount of node.
