The other uses of this semaphore appear fairly mutex like it's even initialized with init_MUTEX() .. So here a patch for removing this one down(). The other uses of this semaphore appear fairly mutex like it's even
initialized with init_MUTEX() ..  So here a patch for removing this one
down().
