The mac_scsi driver still gets disabled when SCSI=m. This should have
been fixed back when I enabled the tristate but I didn't see the bug.

We only need this code to support scsi, ide, cciss and virtio. And at
least for virtio it's a deprecated feature to start with.

This should shrink the kernel size for embedded device that only use,
say eMMC a bit.

fc_destroy_bsgjob() and bsg_destroy_job() are now 1:1 copies, so use the
latter. As bsg_destroy_job() comes from bsg-lib we need to select it in
Kconfig once CONFOG_SCSI_FC_ATTRS is active.

The driver was changed to call ioport_map, which breaks platforms that
cannot provide this function:

drivers/scsi/g_NCR5380.o: In function `generic_NCR5380_init_one.constprop.0':
g_NCR5380.c:(.text.generic_NCR5380_init_one.constprop.0+0x388): undefined reference to `ioport_map'
