<title>scsi: Expand all create*_workqueue() invocations</title>

The workqueue maintainer wants to remove the create*_workqueue() macros
because these macros always set the WQ_MEM_RECLAIM flag and because these
only support literal workqueue names. Hence this patch that replaces the
create*_workqueue() invocations with the definition of this macro. The
WQ_MEM_RECLAIM flag has been retained because I think that flag is necessary
for workqueues created by storage drivers. This patch has been generated by
running spatch and git clang-format. spatch has been invoked as follows:

spatch --in-place --sp-file expand-create-workqueue.spatch $(git grep -lEw 'create_(freezable_|singlethread_|)workqueue' */scsi */ufs)

The contents of the expand-create-workqueue.spatch file is as follows:

The variable 'i' is being assigned a value that is never read, the
following code path via the label ofld_err never refers to the
variable. The assignment is redundant and can be removed.

Cleans up clang scan warning:

The session resources are used by FW and driver when session is offloaded,
once session is uploaded these resources are not used. The lock is not
required as these fields won't be used any longer. The offload and upload
calls are sequential, hence lock is not required.

This will suppress following BUG_ON():

skb_share_check() already drops the reference to the skb when returning
NULL. Using kfree_skb() in the error handling path leads to an skb double
free.

Fix this by removing the variable tmp_skb, and return directly when
skb_share_check() returns NULL.

<title>scsi: bnx2fc: Replace deprecated strncpy() with strscpy()</title>

strncpy() is deprecated for use on NUL-terminated destination strings [1]
and as such we should prefer more robust and less ambiguous string
interfaces.

We expect hba-&gt;chip_num to be NUL-terminated based on its usage with format
strings:

	snprintf(fc_host_symbolic_name(lport-&gt;host), 256,
		 "%s (QLogic %s) v%s over %s",
		BNX2FC_NAME, hba-&gt;chip_num, BNX2FC_VERSION,
		interface-&gt;netdev-&gt;name);

Moreover, NUL-padding is not required as hba is zero-allocated from its
callsite:

	hba = kzalloc(sizeof(*hba), GFP_KERNEL);

Considering the above, a suitable replacement is strscpy() [2] due to the
fact that it guarantees NUL-termination on the destination buffer without
unnecessarily NUL-padding.

Regarding stats_addr-&gt;version, I've opted to also use strscpy() instead of
strscpy_pad() as I typically see these XYZ_get_strings() pass
zero-allocated data. I couldn't track all of where bnx2fc_ulp_get_stats()
is used and if required, we could opt for strscpy_pad().

When a LUN or target reset is issued, we should not rely on a SCSI command

Using get_cpu() leads to disabling preemption and in this context it is not
possible to acquire the following spinlock_t on PREEMPT_RT because it
becomes a sleeping lock.

Commit 0ea5c27583e1 ("[SCSI] bnx2fc: common free list for cleanup
commands") says that it is using get_cpu() as a fix in case the CPU is
preempted. While this might be true, the important part is that it is now
using the same CPU for locking and unlocking while previously it always
relied on smp_processor_id(). The date structure itself is protected with
a lock so it does not rely on CPU-local access.

Replace get_cpu() with raw_smp_processor_id() to obtain the current CPU
number which is used as an index for the per-CPU resource.
