This is currently wrong since it isn't dependent on if we're using mq or
not. At least now it'll be correct when we force mq.

Pull SCSI updates from James Bottomley:
"This is mostly updates to the usual drivers: ufs, qedf, mpt3sas, lpfc,
 xfcp, hisi_sas, cxlflash, qla2xxx.

 In the absence of Nic, we're also taking target updates which are
 mostly minor except for the tcmu refactor.

 The only real core change to worry about is the removal of high page
 bouncing (in sas, storvsc and iscsi). This has been well tested and no
 problems have shown up so far"

On the quest to remove all VLAs from the kernel[1] this rearranges the
code to avoid a VLA warning under -Wvla (gcc doesn't recognize "const"
variables as not triggering VLA creation). Additionally cleans up
variable naming to avoid 80 character column limit.

Commit caa4b02476e3(blk-map: call blk_queue_bounce from blk_rq_append_bio)
moves blk_queue_bounce() into blk_rq_append_bio(), but don't consider
the fact that the bounced bio becomes invisible to caller since the
parameter type is 'struct bio *'. Make it a pointer to a pointer to
a bio, so the caller sees the right bio also after a bounce.

Fixes: caa4b02476e3 ("blk-map: call blk_queue_bounce from blk_rq_append_bio")
Cc: Christoph Hellwig <hch@lst.de>
Reported-by: Michele Ballabio <barra_cuda@katamail.com>
(handling failure of blk_rq_append_bio(), only call bio_get() after
blk_rq_append_bio() returns OK)

This makes moves the knowledge about bouncing out of the callers into the
block core (just like we do for the normal I/O path), and allows to unexport
