serial: use platform_{get,set}_drvdata()

Use the wrapper functions for getting and setting the driver data using
platform_device instead of using dev_{get,set}_drvdata() with &pdev->dev,
so we can directly pass a struct platform_device.

Also, unnecessary dev_set_drvdata() is removed, because the driver core
clears the driver data to NULL after device_release or on probe failure.

serial: of_serial: Handle auto-flow-control property

Automatic Flow Control capability is not tied to this
property. This is only one way of detecting it. The property
is limited to be used only with 8250 driver.

Tegra is only booted through device-tree now; there are no board files
left that use this function. Hence, don't export it. Move the static
inline definition into of_serial.c, so we can delete of_serial.h too.

tty: of_serial: fix return value check in of_platform_serial_setup()

In case of error, the function clk_get() returns ERR_PTR()
and never returns NULL. The NULL test in the return value
check should be replaced with IS_ERR().

of serial port driver - add clk_get_rate() support

Currently this driver expects the clock-frequency attribute. This
patch allows getting clock-frequency through clk driver API
clk_get_rate() if clock-frequency attribute is not defined.

So in the device bindings for serial device, one can add clocks
phandle to refer to the clk device to get the rate.

tty: of_serial: add no-loopback-test property

The loopback test mode is not implemented in all
NS16550 compatible UARTs. The 8250 driver uses the
UPF_SKIP_TEST flag to indicate this, however it is
not possible to set this flag via device-tree.

Add a new 'no-loopback-test' property, and modify
the of_serial driver to set the UPF_SKIP_TEST flag
if the property is present.
