This reverts bd00949647ddcea47ce4ea8bb2cfcfc98ebf9f2a commit because it
required a newer version of udev to work properly than what is currently
documented in Documentation/Changes.

Now /sys/class/usb is dynamically created when we have something to put
in it, and removed when all devices go away.

[PATCH] mark f_ops const in the inode

Mark the f_ops members of inodes as const, as well as fix the
ripple-through this causes by places that copy this f_ops and then "do
stuff" with it.

has been fixed up.

[PATCH] Driver Core: fix up all callers of class_device_create()

The previous patch adding the ability to nest struct class_device
changed the paramaters to the call class_device_create().  This patch
fixes up all in-kernel users of the function.
