This was done entirely with mindless brute force, using

    git grep -l '\&lt;k[vmz]*alloc_objs*(.*, GFP_KERNEL)' |
        xargs sed -i 's/\(alloc_objs*(.*\), GFP_KERNEL)/\1)/'

to convert the new alloc_obj() users that had a simple GFP_KERNEL
argument to just drop that argument.

Note that due to the extreme simplicity of the scripting, any slightly
more complex cases spread over multiple lines would not be triggered:
they definitely exist, but this covers the vast bulk of the cases, and
the resulting diff is also then easier to check automatically.

For the same reason the 'flex' versions will be done as a separate
conversion.

This is the result of running the Coccinelle script from
scripts/coccinelle/api/kmalloc_objs.cocci. The script is designed to
avoid scalar types (which need careful case-by-case checking), and
instead replace kmalloc-family calls that allocate struct or union
object instances:

Single allocations:	kmalloc(sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_obj(TYPE, ...)

Currently if a user enqueues a work item using schedule_delayed_work() the
used wq is "system_wq" (per-cpu wq) while queue_delayed_work() use
WORK_CPU_UNBOUND (used when a cpu is not specified). The same applies to
schedule_work() that is using system_wq and queue_work(), that makes use
again of WORK_CPU_UNBOUND.

This lack of consistency cannot be addressed without refactoring the API.

This continues the effort to refactor workqueue APIs, which began with
the introduction of new workqueues and a new alloc_workqueue flag in:

commit 128ea9f6ccfb ("workqueue: Add system_percpu_wq and system_dfl_wq")
commit 930c2ea566af ("workqueue: Add new WQ_PERCPU flag")

Switch to using system_percpu_wq because system_wq is going away as part of
a workqueue restructuring.

VIRQs come in 3 flavors, per-VPU, per-domain, and global, and the VIRQs
are tracked in per-cpu virq_to_irq arrays.

Per-domain and global VIRQs must be bound on CPU 0, and
bind_virq_to_irq() sets the per_cpu virq_to_irq at registration time
Later, the interrupt can migrate, and info-&gt;cpu is updated.  When
calling __unbind_from_irq(), the per-cpu virq_to_irq is cleared for a
different cpu.  If bind_virq_to_irq() is called again with CPU 0, the
stale irq is returned.  There won't be any irq_info for the irq, so
things break.

Make xen_rebind_evtchn_to_cpu() update the per_cpu virq_to_irq mappings
to keep them update to date with the current cpu.  This ensures the
correct virq_to_irq is cleared in __unbind_from_irq().

Change find_virq() to return -EEXIST when a VIRQ is bound to a
different CPU than the one passed in.  With that, remove the BUG_ON()
from bind_virq_to_irq() to propogate the error upwards.

Some VIRQs are per-cpu, but others are per-domain or global.  Those must
be bound to CPU0 and can then migrate elsewhere.  The lookup for
per-domain and global will probably fail when migrated off CPU 0,
especially when the current CPU is tracked.  This now returns -EEXIST
instead of BUG_ON().

A second call to bind a per-domain or global VIRQ is not expected, but
make it non-fatal to avoid trying to look up the irq, since we don't

the return value will be whatever the last iteration is.  This could
incorrectly return success even if the event channel was not found.

Instead of marking individual interrupts as safe to be migrated in
arbitrary contexts, mark the interrupt chips, which require the interrupt
to be moved in actual interrupt context, with the new IRQCHIP_MOVE_DEFERRED
flag. This makes more sense because this is a per interrupt chip property
and not restricted to individual interrupts.

That flips the logic from the historical opt-out to a opt-in model. This is
simpler to handle for other architectures, which default to unrestricted
affinity setting. It also allows to cleanup the redundant core logic
significantly.

All interrupt chips, which belong to a top-level domain sitting directly on
top of the x86 vector domain are marked accordingly, unless the related
setup code marks the interrupts with IRQ_MOVE_PCNTXT, i.e. XEN.

No functional change intended.

Pull xen updates from Juergen Gross:

 - Xen event channel handling fix for a regression with a rare kernel
   config and some added hardening

 - better support of running Xen dom0 in PVH mode

 - a cleanup for the xen grant-dma-iommu driver
