Add a function to put a co-processor into the lowest possible power
state from which recovery usually isn't possible without a full SoC
reset. This is required for the USB4/Thunderbolt co-processors which
can be restarted since the entire USB4 root complex can be completely
reset independently of the rest of the SoC.

Various hardware, like the Type-C PHY or the Thunderbolt/USB4 NHI,
present on Apple SoCs need machine-specific tunables passed from our
bootloader m1n1 to the device tree. Add generic helpers so that we
don't have to duplicate this across multiple drivers.

Client drivers might want a copy of the crashlog to stash into a
devcoredump blob. Since device memory management can be very variable,
the actual devcoredump implementation is left to client drivers. Pass
the raw crashlog buffer to the client callback so it can use it if
desired.

There were several instances of the string "assocat" in the kernel, which
should have been spelled "associat", with the various endings of -ive,
-ed, -ion, and sometimes beginnging with dis-.

Add to the spelling dictionary the corrections so that future instances
will be caught by checkpatch, and fix the instances found.

Originally noticed by accident with a 'git grep socat'.

While we normally encourage devm usage by drivers, some consumers (and
in particular the upcoming Rust abstractions) might want to manually
manage memory. Export the raw functions to make this possible.

This allows downstream consumers to keep track of private data for shmem
