net, sunrpc: convert gss_cl_ctx.count from atomic_t to refcount_t

refcount_t type and corresponding API should be
used instead of atomic_t when the variable is used as
a reference counter. This allows to avoid accidental
refcounter overflows that might lead to use-after-free
situations.

sunrpc: remove __rcu annotation from struct gss_cl_ctx->gc_gss_ctx

Commit 5b22216e11f7 (nfs: __rcu annotations) added a __rcu annotation to
the gc_gss_ctx field. I see no rationale for adding that though, as that
field does not seem to be managed via RCU at all.

auth_gss: fetch the acceptor name out of the downcall

stash it as part of the context.

we should cache that information to avoid spamming gssd.

We need to try to ensure that we always use the same credentials whenever
we re-establish the clientid on the server. If not, the server won't
recognise that we're the same client, and so may not allow us to recover
state.
