[media] media: davinci: vpif: display: separate out subdev from output

vpif_display relied on a 1-1 mapping of output and subdev. This is not
necessarily the case. Separate the two. So there is a list of subdevs
and a list of outputs. Each output refers to a subdev and has routing
information. An output does not have to have a subdev.
The initial output for each channel is set to the fist output.
Currently missing is support for associating multiple subdevs with
an output.

Routing information is a property of the input, not of the subdev.
One subdev may provide multiple inputs, each with its own routing
information.

[media] davinci: vpif: add support for clipping on output data

add hardware clipping support for VPIF output data. This
is needed as it is possible that the external encoder
might get confused between the FF or 00 which are a part
of the data and that of the SAV or EAV codes.

remove unnecessary inclusion of machine specific header files mach/dm646x.h,
mach/hardware.h from vpif.h  and aslo mach/dm646x.h from vpif_display.c
driver which comes in the way of platform code consolidation.
Add linux/i2c.h header file in vpif_types.h which is required for
building.

[media] davinci vpbe: add VENC block changes to enable dm365 and dm355

This patch implements necessary changes for enabling  dm365 and
dm355 hardware for vpbe. The patch contains additional HD mode
support for dm365 (720p60, 1080i30) and appropriate register
modifications based on version numbers.

VPBE_VERSION_2 = dm365 specific
VPBE_VERSION_3 = dm355 specific

[media] davinci vpbe: add dm365 VPBE display driver changes

This patch implements the core additions to the display driver,
mainly controlling the VENC and other encoders for dm365.
This patch also includes addition of amplifier subdevice to the
vpbe driver and interfacing with venc subdevice.
