This patch converts the remaining occurences of raw return values to their
symbolic counterparts in ndo_start_xmit() functions that were missed by the
previous automatic conversion.

Additionally code that assumed the symbolic value of NETDEV_TX_OK to be zero
is changed to explicitly use NETDEV_TX_OK.

This converts the mpc device to using new netdevice_ops.
Compile tested only, needs more than usual review since
device was swaping pointers around etc.

This is the last shoot of this series.
After I removing all directly reference of netdev-&gt;priv, I am killing
"priv" of "struct net_device" and fixing relative comments/docs.

Anyone will not be allowed to reference netdev-&gt;priv directly.
If you want to reference the memory of private data, use netdev_priv()
instead.
If the private data is not allocted when alloc_netdev(), use
netdev-&gt;ml_priv to point that memory after you creating that private
data.

<title>netdevice: safe convert to netdev_priv() #part-4</title>

We have some reasons to kill netdev-&gt;priv:
1. netdev-&gt;priv is equal to netdev_priv().
2. netdev_priv() wraps the calculation of netdev-&gt;priv's offset, obviously
   netdev_priv() is more flexible than netdev-&gt;priv.
But we cann't kill netdev-&gt;priv, because so many drivers reference to it
directly.

This patch is a safe convert for netdev-&gt;priv to netdev_priv(netdev).
Since all of the netdev-&gt;priv is only for read.
But it is too big to be sent in one mail.
I split it to 4 parts and make every part smaller than 100,000 bytes,
which is max size allowed by vger.

Fix const assignment/discard warnings in the ATM networking driver.

The lane2_assoc_ind() function needed its arguments changing to match changes
in the lane2_ops struct (patch 61c33e012964ce358b42d2a1e9cd309af5dab02b

Introduce per-net_device inlines: dev_net(), dev_net_set().
Without CONFIG_NET_NS, no namespace other than &amp;init_net exists.
Let's explicitly define them to help compiler optimizations.

Al went through the ip_fast_csum callers and found this piece of code
that did not validate the IP header. While root crashing the machine
by sending bogus packets through raw or AF_PACKET sockets isn't that
serious, it is still nice to react gracefully.

This patch ensures that the skb has enough data for an IP header and
that the header length field is valid.
