Add a new constant ETH_P_802_3_MIN, the minimum ethernet type for
an 802.3 frame. Frames with a lower value in the ethernet type field
are Ethernet II.

Also update all the users of this value that David Miller and
I could find to use the new constant.

Also correct a bug in util.c. The comparison with ETH_P_802_3_MIN
should be &gt;= not &gt;.

As suggested by Jesse Gross.

Compile tested only.

<title>net: Audit drivers to identify those needing IFF_TX_SKB_SHARING cleared</title>

After the last patch, We are left in a state in which only drivers calling
ether_setup have IFF_TX_SKB_SHARING set (we assume that drivers touching real
hardware call ether_setup for their net_devices and don't hold any state in
their skbs. There are a handful of drivers that violate this assumption of
course, and need to be fixed up. This patch identifies those drivers, and marks
them as not being able to support the safe transmission of skbs by clearning the
IFF_TX_SKB_SHARING flag in priv_flags

Define a new function to return the waitqueue of a "struct sock".

static inline wait_queue_head_t *sk_sleep(struct sock *sk)
{
	return sk-&gt;sk_sleep;
}

Change all read occurrences of sk_sleep by a call to this function.

Needed for a future RCU conversion. sk_sleep wont be a field directly
available.

Converts the list and the core manipulating with it to be the same as uc_list.

+uses two functions for adding/removing mc address (normal and "global"
 variant) instead of a function parameter.
+removes dev_mcast.c completely.
+exposes netdev_hw_addr_list_* macros along with __hw_addr_* functions for
 manipulation with lists on a sandbox (used in bonding and 80211 drivers)
