Zero the allocated buffer in j1939_session_fresh_new() to ensure it
contains no residual data.

While there is a potential performance impact if users allocate maximum
sized ETP buffers, most real-world use cases are not noticeably affected
since the maximum known buffer size is typically around 65K.

This refcount leak in j1939_priv might be caused by a refcount leak in

<title>can: j1939: fix lockless local-destination check</title>

j1939_priv.ents[].nusers is documented as protected by priv-&gt;lock, and
its updates already happen under that lock. j1939_can_recv() also reads
it under read_lock_bh(). However, j1939_session_skb_queue() and
j1939_tp_send() still read priv-&gt;ents[da].nusers without taking the
lock.

Those transport-side checks decide whether to set J1939_ECU_LOCAL_DST, so
they can race with j1939_local_ecu_get() and j1939_local_ecu_put() while
userspace is binding or releasing sockets concurrently with TP traffic.
This can misclassify TP/ETP sessions as local or remote and take the wrong
transport path.

Fix both transport paths by routing the destination-locality check through
a helper that reads ents[].nusers under read_lock_bh(&amp;priv-&gt;lock).

<title>Convert 'alloc_obj' family to use the new default GFP_KERNEL argument</title>

This was done entirely with mindless brute force, using

    git grep -l '\&lt;k[vmz]*alloc_objs*(.*, GFP_KERNEL)' |
        xargs sed -i 's/\(alloc_objs*(.*\), GFP_KERNEL)/\1)/'

to convert the new alloc_obj() users that had a simple GFP_KERNEL
argument to just drop that argument.

Note that due to the extreme simplicity of the scripting, any slightly
more complex cases spread over multiple lines would not be triggered:
they definitely exist, but this covers the vast bulk of the cases, and
the resulting diff is also then easier to check automatically.

For the same reason the 'flex' versions will be done as a separate
conversion.

<title>treewide: Replace kmalloc with kmalloc_obj for non-scalar types</title>

This is the result of running the Coccinelle script from
scripts/coccinelle/api/kmalloc_objs.cocci. The script is designed to
avoid scalar types (which need careful case-by-case checking), and
instead replace kmalloc-family calls that allocate struct or union
object instances:

Single allocations:	kmalloc(sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_obj(TYPE, ...)

Array allocations:	kmalloc_array(COUNT, sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_objs(TYPE, COUNT, ...)

Flex array allocations:	kmalloc(struct_size(PTR, FAM, COUNT), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_flex(*PTR, FAM, COUNT, ...)

(where TYPE may also be *VAR)

The resulting allocations no longer return "void *", instead returning
"TYPE *".

Array allocations:	kmalloc_array(COUNT, sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_objs(TYPE, COUNT, ...)

Flex array allocations:	kmalloc(struct_size(PTR, FAM, COUNT), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_flex(*PTR, FAM, COUNT, ...)

(where TYPE may also be *VAR)

The resulting allocations no longer return "void *", instead returning
"TYPE *".

This patch removes struct can_skb_priv which was stored at skb-&gt;head and
the can_skb_reserve() helper which was used to shift skb-&gt;head.

<title>can: move ifindex to CAN skb extensions</title>

When routing CAN frames over different CAN interfaces the interface index
skb-&gt;iif is overwritten with every single hop. To prevent sending a CAN
frame back to its originating (first) incoming CAN interface another
ifindex variable is needed, which was stored in can_skb_priv::ifindex.

Move the can_skb_priv::ifindex content to can_skb_ext::can_iif.

<title>can: add CAN skb extension infrastructure</title>

To remove the private CAN bus skb headroom infrastructure 8 bytes need to
be stored in the skb. The skb extensions are a common pattern and an easy
and efficient way to hold private data travelling along with the skb. We
only need the skb_ext_add() and skb_ext_find() functions to allocate and
access CAN specific content as the skb helpers to copy/clone/free skbs
automatically take care of skb extensions and their final removal.

This patch introduces the complete CAN skb extensions infrastructure:
- add struct can_skb_ext in new file include/net/can.h
- add include/net/can.h in MAINTAINERS
- add SKB_EXT_CAN to skbuff.c and skbuff.h
- select SKB_EXTENSIONS in Kconfig when CONFIG_CAN is enabled
- check for existing CAN skb extensions in can_rcv() in af_can.c
- add CAN skb extensions allocation at every skb_alloc() location
- duplicate the skb extensions if cloning outgoing skbs (framelen/gw_hops)
- introduce can_skb_ext_add() and can_skb_ext_find() helpers

The patch also corrects an indention issue in the original code from 2018:

<title>can: use skb hash instead of private variable in headroom</title>

The can_skb_priv::skbcnt variable is used to identify CAN skbs in the RX
path analogue to the skb-&gt;hash.

As the skb hash is not filled in CAN skbs move the private skbcnt value to
skb-&gt;hash and set skb-&gt;sw_hash accordingly. The skb-&gt;hash is a value used
for RPS to identify skbs. Use it as intended.
