That takes care of the majority of -&gt;sendmsg() instances - most of them
via memcpy_to_msg() or assorted getfrag() callbacks. One place where we
still keep memcpy_fromiovecend() is tipc - there we potentially read the
same data over and over; separate patch, that...

Note that the code _using_ -&gt;msg_iter at that point will be very
unhappy with anything other than unshifted iovec-backed iov_iter.
We still need to convert users to proper primitives.

<title>net: Add and use skb_copy_datagram_msg() helper.</title>

This encapsulates all of the skb_copy_datagram_iovec() callers
with call argument signature "skb, offset, msghdr-&gt;msg_iov, length".

When we move to iov_iters in the networking, the iov_iter object will
sit in the msghdr.

Having a helper like this means there will be less places to touch
during that transformation.

Based upon descriptions and patch from Al Viro.

This patch makes no changes to the logic of the code but simply addresses
coding style issues as detected by checkpatch.

Both objdump and diff -w show no differences.

A number of items are addressed in this patch:
* Multiple spaces converted to tabs
* Spaces before tabs removed.
* Spaces in pointer typing cleansed (char *)foo etc.
* Remove space after sizeof
* Ensure spacing around comparators such as if statements.
