Do the statistics of mptcp socket in use with sock_prot_inuse_add().
Therefore, we can get the count of used mptcp socket from
/proc/net/protocols:

& cat /proc/net/protocols
protocol size sockets memory press maxhdr slab module cl co di ac io in de sh ss gs se re sp bi br ha uh gp em
MPTCPv6 2048 0 0 no 0 yes kernel y n y y y y y y y y y y n n n y y y n

The current mptcp_disconnect() implementation lacks several
steps, we additionally need to reset the msk socket state
and flush the subflow list.

Factor out the needed helper to avoid code duplication.

Additionally ensure that the initial subflow is disposed
only after mptcp_close(), just reset it at disconnect time.

mptcp_token_get_sock() may return a mptcp socket that is in
a different net namespace than the socket that received the token value.

The mptcp syncookie code path had an explicit check for this,
this moves the test into mptcp_token_get_sock() function.

Eventually token.c should be converted to pernet storage, but
such change is not suitable for net tree.

We have macro TOKEN_MAX_RETRIES for the number of token generate retries,
so using TOKEN_MAX_RETRIES in subflow_check_req().

And rename TOKEN_MAX_RETRIES to MPTCP_TOKEN_MAX_RETRIES as it is now

After commit 2c5ebd001d4f ("mptcp: refactor token container"),
pr_debug() is called before mptcp_crypto_key_gen_sha() in
mptcp_token_new_connect(), so the output local_key, token and
idsn are 0, like:

  MPTCP: ssk=00000000f6b3c4a2, local_key=0, token=0, idsn=0

Move pr_debug() after mptcp_crypto_key_gen_sha().

Will be used to initialize the mptcp request socket when a MP_CAPABLE
request was handled in syncookie mode, i.e. when a TCP ACK containing a
MP_CAPABLE option is a valid syncookie value.

Normally (non-cookie case), MPTCP will generate a unique 32 bit connection
ID and stores it in the MPTCP token storage to be able to retrieve the
mptcp socket for subflow joining.

In syncookie case, we do not want to store any state, so just generate the
unique ID and use it in the reply.

This means there is a small window where another connection could generate
the same token.

When Cookie ACK comes back, we check that the token has not been registered
in the mean time. If it was, the connection needs to fall back to TCP.

Changes in v2:
- use req->syncookie instead of passing 'want_cookie' arg to ->init_req()
