The aggr field in the struct perf_counts is to keep the aggregated value
in the AGGR_GLOBAL for the old code. But it's not used anymore.

<title>perf evsel: Derive CPUs and threads in alloc_counts</title>

Passing the number of CPUs and threads allows for an evsel's counts to
be mismatched to its cpu map. To avoid this always derive the counts
size from the cpu map. Change openat-syscall-all-cpus to set the cpus
to allow for this to work.

<title>perf counts: Reset prev_raw_counts counts</title>

When we want to reset the evsel-&gt;prev_raw_counts, zeroing the aggr is
not enough, we need to reset the perf_counts too.

The perf_counts__reset zeros the perf_counts, and it should zero the
aggr too. This patch changes perf_counts__reset to non-static, and calls
it in evsel__reset_prev_raw_counts to reset the prev_raw_counts.

We get these by sheer luck, since we're cleaning unneeded headers use,

Rename struct perf_evsel to struct evsel, so we don't have a name clash
when we add struct perf_evsel in libperf.

Committer notes:

Added fixes for arm64, provided by Jiri.
