selftests: complete kselftest include centralization

This follow-up patch completes centralization of kselftest.h and
ksefltest_harness.h includes in remaining seltests files, replacing all
relative paths with a non-relative paths using shared -I include path in
lib.mk

Tested with gcc-13.3 and clang-18.1, and cross-compiled successfully on
riscv, arm64, x86_64 and powerpc arch.

selftests: media_tests: Add new subtest to video_device_test

Add new subtest to video_device_test to cover the VIDIOC_G_PRIORITY
and VIDIOC_S_PRIORITY ioctl calls. This test tries to set the priority
associated with the file descriptior via ioctl VIDIOC_S_PRIORITY
command from V4L2 API. After that, the test tries to get the new
priority via VIDIOC_G_PRIORITY ioctl command and compares the result
with the v4l2_priority it set before. At the end, the test restores the
old priority.

This test will increase the code coverage for video_device_test, so
I think it might be useful. Additionally, this patch will refactor the
video_device_test a little bit, according to the new functionality.

selftests: media_tests: Fix incorrect kernel headers search path

Use $(KHDR_INCLUDES) as lookup path for kernel headers. This prevents
building against kernel headers from the build environment in scenarios
where kernel headers are installed into a specific output directory
(O=...).

media: selftests: media_dev_allocator api test

Add a new test for Media Device Allocator API.

Media Device Allocator API to allows multiple drivers share a media device.
This API solves a very common use-case for media devices where one physical
device (an USB stick) provides both audio and video. When such media device
exposes a standard USB Audio class, a proprietary Video class, two or more
independent drivers will share a single physical USB bridge. In such cases,
it is necessary to coordinate access to the shared resource.

Using this API, drivers can allocate a media device with the shared struct
device as the key. Once the media device is allocated by a driver, other
drivers can get a reference to it. The media device is released when all
the references are released.

This test does a series of unbind/bind tests to make sure media device
is released correctly when it is no longer is use and when the last
driver releases the reference.

selftests: media_tests: return Kselftest Skip code for skipped tests

When media_tests test is skipped because of unmet dependencies and/or
unsupported configuration, it exits with error which is treated as a
fail by the Kselftest framework. This leads to false negative result
even when the test could not be run.

Change it to return kselftest skip code when a test gets skipped to
clearly report that the test could not be run.

Change it to use ksft_exit_skip() when the test is skipped.

selftests: media_tests: Fix Makefile 'clean' target warning

Remove 'clean' target and change TEST_PROGS to TEST_GEN_PROGS so the
common lib.mk 'clean' target clean these generated files. TEST_PROGS
is for shell scripts and not for generated test executables.
