Pull virtio/vhost updates from Michael Tsirkin:
 "virtio, vhost: fixes, cleanups, features

  This includes the disk/cache memory stats for for the virtio balloon,

We don't rely on lockless guarantees, but it
seems cleaner than inverting __ptr_ring_peek.
