dts: imx: fix M41T0 RTC compatible string
Toradex Carrier boards use the ST M41T0 RTC (not M41T00). The RTC is almost the same, but the M41T0 needs some special handling in case the oscillator fails. Now that support for this difference is available, using the new compatible string to make use of it.
