hwmon: (ltc2978) Add support for LTC2975
LTC2975 is mostly compatible to LTC2974, but supports input current and power measurement. Tested-by: Michael Jones <mike@proclivis.com> Signed-off-by: Guenter Roeck <linux@roeck-us.net>
