MLK-16065-4 ARM64: dts: fsl-imx8qm: add fsl-imx8qm-lpddr4-arm2-usb3.dts
This dts is dedicated for USB3 Type-C port, the Type-C CC logic
chip PTN5150 is conflict with other peripherals which use
i2c1 pins (I2C1_SDA/I2C1_SCL) from GTP blocks.
