  API:
   - Convert remaining crypto_hash users to shash or ahash, also convert
     blkcipher/ablkcipher users to skcipher.
   - Remove crypto_hash interface.

  Algorithms:
   - Rename crypto/crc32 to avoid name clash with lib/crc32.
