MLK-21868-1 mmc: sdhci-esdhc-imx: add esdhc_soc_data for i.MX8MM
i.MX8MM contains USDHC which support eMMC V5.1 (including CMDQ and
HS400ES), besides i.MX8MM also support bus frequency, so add a new
esdhc_soc_data for i.MX8MM.
