thermal: doc: Add details of devm_thermal_zone_of_sensor_{register,unregister}
Add details of the interface devm_thermal_zone_of_sensor_register()
and devm_thermal_zone_of_sensor_unregister() in the
<thermal/sysfs-api.txt>.
