Merge tag 'v4.4-rc2' into patchwork
Linux 4.4-rc2
Several PCI media drivers got broken on Kernel 4.4-rc1, due to
pci_set_dma_mask() regressions. So, we need to add those fixes back
for the media drivers to work again.
