MLK-11390-5 ARM: imx: add busfreq support for imx6sx DDR3
Add busfreq support for i.MX6SX DDR3 board, tested on
i.MX6SX SDB board, busfreq support below 3 setpoints:
high -> 400MHz
audio -> 50MHz
low -> 24MHz
