[ARM] Kirkwood: SheevaPlug USB Power Enable setup
Ideally, the default should be set to 0 and let the EHCI driver turn it on as needed. This makes USB usable in the mean time. Signed-off-by: Nicolas Pitre <nico@marvell.com>
