ARM: shmobile: Move intc.h, cleanup sh_intc.h usage
Change location of intc.h so it can be used as #include "intc.h"
instead of the old style #include <mach/intc.h>. Also clean up
some code to get rid of redundant #include <linux/sh_intc.h>.
