arm: tegra: soc: Use sys_soc to expose SoC UID
Use the standard sys_soc interface to expose the SoC UID information.
e.g.
~# cat /sys/bus/soc/devices/soc0/machine
NVIDIA Tegra
~# cat /sys/bus/soc/devices/soc0/family
NVIDIA Tegra30
~# cat /sys/bus/soc/devices/soc0/revision
A03
~# cat /sys/bus/soc/devices/soc0/soc_id
98317451306464792
