media: ov5640: change 1080p resolution to 1088p
Setting the resolution to 1088p (as of now), since
there are flickers observed for 1080p and also
the encoder is not compatible with alignement of
the RM surfaces of 1080p. 1088p is a stop-gap solution
until the issues with 1080p are resolved.
