MLK-24174-01 arm64: dts: imx8dxl-evk: add tja1100 phy support
When imx8dxl enet1 is fused as below, enet1 doesn't support
RGMII mode, so add tja1100 RMII phy support.
ENET1 otp fuse: word 0xa, bit1
