Merge tag 'kvm-arm-fixes-3.19-2' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/kvmarm/kvmarm into kvm-master
Second round of fixes for KVM/ARM for 3.19.
Fixes memory corruption issues on APM platforms and swapping issues on
DMA-coherent systems.
