powerpc/corenet: enable CONFIG_I2C_MUX and CONFIG_I2C_MUX_PCA954x
By default we enable CONFIG_I2C_MUX and CONFIG_I2C_MUX_PCA954x,
which are needed on T2080QDS, T4240QDS, B4860QDS, etc.
