Pull powerpc fixes from Michael Ellerman:
- Handle RTAS delay requests in configure_bridge from Russell Currey
- Refactor the configure_bridge RTAS tokens from Russell Currey

- Use privileged SPR number for MMCR2 from Thomas Huth
