Merge tag 'arm64-fixes' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/cmarinas/linux-aarch64
Pull arm64 fixes from Catalin Marinas:
- Fix !SMP build error.
- Fix padding computation in struct ucontext (no ABI change).
- Minor clean-up after the signal patches (unused var).
- Two old Kconfig options clean-up.
