EDAC, mce_amd_inj: Cleanup and simplify README
Save us an indentation level, widen to 80 cols, make the text more succinct and slender. Use i as the bank variable, same as what the documentation uses. Signed-off-by: Borislav Petkov <bp@suse.de>
