gpio: max77663: add gpio driver
Maxim PMIC MAX77663 supports 8 GPIOs. Providing
the access to GPIO through gpio driver.
The support is already in core driver but gpio
functionality should be provided through gpio driver
and keeping this in gpio directory.
This is inline with mfd driver implementation.
