drm/amdgpu: when suspending, if uvd/vce was running. need to cancel delay work.
commit 85cc88f02eb0ecf44493c1b2ebb6f206cd5fc321 upstream.
fix the issue that when resume back, uvd/vce
dpm was disabled and uvd/vce's performace
dropped.
