ARM: tegra: Disable L2 cache after LP2 WFI failed
Disable L2 cache after LP2 WFI failed before jumping to recovery
reset handler, which would re-configure and re-enable L2 again
(otherwise, if recovery code run with L2 enabled, "imprecise abort"
error is generated).
