ENGR00152291-1 [MX6]Add anatop thermal driver
Currently only support temperature reading, and
since the chip need calibration, and they will
write the calibration parameter into fuse later,
we need to wait for it and improve this thermal
sensor's accuracy. Also, cooling device will be
added later.
