ENGR00225900 MX6Q: Android: add ram console support

Android ram console is added by google to let the lot save in a place,
if some kernel hang happens, you have to reboot the machine,
but after reboot, you can see last time 's log cat /proc/last_kmsg

So you don't needs console at all, and if some kernel panic during
suspend/resume, you can not see log at console, but you can see the
log at /proc/last_kmsg.
