ENGR00277843-02 imx6sl: Enable sii902x hdmi function
- Add sii902x hdmi chip driver. - Sii902x initialized as I2C device. - Support resolution change by application or FB command line. - Max support resolution 1080p60. - Support read EDID from hdmi sink. - Support hdmi cable hotplug. - Support default video mode read from dts.
