ath5k: avoid PCI FATAL interrupts by restoring RETRY_TIMEOUT disabling
This reverts 'ath5k: remove dummy PCI "retry timeout" fix' on the
same theory as in 'ath9k: Fix PCI FATAL interrupts by restoring
RETRY_TIMEOUT disabling'.
