MLK-20429-2:fix conformance test fail due to the struff data and eos
firmware commit patch:
1. report uStrBuffWrPtr and uFrameSize
2. don't append any eos nal
driver do some change to adapt the firmware's change
and use scnprintf instread of snprintf
