Merge tag 'mmc-4.2-rc3' of git://git.linaro.org/people/ulf.hansson/mmc
Pull MMC fixes from Ulf Hansson: "Here are some mmc fixes intended for v4.2 rc4. Note, most of the changes are for the sdhci-esdhc-imx controller, which also required us to modify some related DTS files. Those changes have been acked by the SoC maintainer.
