Revert "mmc: sdhci-esdhc-imx: make sure runtime PM is suspended in system suspend"
This reverts commit 7696e076a3f7616003e440389c6e86f0bb56a0e4.
In 4.9-2.3.x of NXP BSP this commit is no longer needed.
