pwm: Move Blackfin PWM driver to PWM framework
This commit moves the Blackfin PWM driver to the drivers/pwm sub- directory and converts it to register with the new PWM framework. Signed-off-by: Thierry Reding <thierry.reding@avionic-design.de>
